Finding the Right Therapist in Hermosa Beach
Finding a therapist you trust is one of the most important steps you can take for your mental health — and we don’t take that lightly. At Beach Cities Psychotherapy, our team of licensed therapists and associates is based in Hermosa Beach, California, serving individuals, couples, teens, and families across the South Bay, including Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, and the surrounding communities.
We believe therapy works best when the fit is right. That’s why we offer a range of therapists with different specialties, backgrounds, and approaches — so you can find the person who feels like the right match for you. And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll help you find someone who is.
Our Hermosa Beach therapy office is a calm, comfortable space steps from the beach — intentionally designed to feel welcoming rather than clinical. Our therapists also offer Walk and Talk sessions on the Hermosa Beach Strand and on the sand, for those who find movement helpful to the therapeutic process.

Whitney Boole
MA, Licensed MFT #93107
Whitney established Beach Cities Psychotherapy in 2016 with the goal of creating a safe, comfortable practice by the beach for the South Bay Community.

While Whitney still works with many of her clients in the office, Whitney also offers Walk and Talk sessions on the strand in Hermosa and on the beach as well across the street from our offices.
