At Beach Cities Psychotherapy, we get the complications of relationships and how our ability to effectively communicate, understand ourselves and our patterns, and empathize with people we can about can make or break our relationship.  

Human beings are relational.  We crave relationships and we thrive in them.  Creating, building, and repairing connections is not always easy but it is meaningful and worthwhile. 

Our therapists understand attachment styles and how family patterns or trauma in our family of origin can impact the way we show up in all of our relationships.
