Gabby Nahle, AMFT

For individuals grappling with career transitions, relationship challenges, or self-esteem issues, Gabby Nahle is a beacon of support. Gabby’s expertise in psychodynamic theories, attachment theory, and CBT equips her to provide tailored interventions that open the door to personal growth and healing.

In addition to working with anxiety and depression, Gabby is experienced with trauma, providing specialized support to teens and adults dealing with PTSD and other trauma-related issues. She effectively addresses a wide range of issues across diverse client backgrounds, from children to adults.

Gabby is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Arizona State University.  She also recently self-published a children’s book focused on social-emotional learning titled, “It’s Not My Fault”.  She sees clients in-person in our offices in Hermosa and is working under the supervision of Whitney Boole, LMFT #93107.
