Eva Teitelbaum, AMFT #145672
Eva Teitelbaum is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens. She believes healing begins with being truly seen and understood, and she meets each client exactly where they are on their journey.
Eva is EMDR-trained and draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Her practice is grounded in the understanding that early relationships and experiences shape how we view ourselves and the world around us. With warmth and curiosity, she helps clients gently explore the roots of their pain, uncover long-held patterns, and begin to rewrite the stories they tell themselves.
She has a particular passion for working with adults healing from childhood trauma—especially those who have relied on self-criticism, people-pleasing, or emotional disconnection as ways of coping. Through her work, Eva supports clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, building self-compassion, and moving toward a more empowered and peaceful sense of being.
Eva draws from a range of modalities to meet each client where they are. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where insight leads to healing, and healing opens the door to self-discovery and change. Currently, she is working under the supervision of Whitney Boole, LMFT #93107. She can be reached at Eva@beachcitiespsych.com or here.
